If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

How to Report an Issue

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the fault, damage, or incorrect item

Our team will respond within 2 business days.

Resolution Options

After review, we may offer:

  • Replacement item (subject to stock availability)
  • Full refund to the original payment method
  • Store credit

In accordance with Section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for defective goods.

Courier Costs

Falling Forward will cover all return and re-delivery costs for:

  • Faulty items
  • Damaged items
  • Incorrectly dispatched items

Photo Evidence

Clear photos are required before a claim can be approved.
